DMCA Policy

Zets Restaurant is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications when their content has been removed due to a DMCA claim.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user who posted it. We also have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Zets Restaurant's website or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent, providing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Zets Restaurant to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your DMCA infringement notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact form on our Contact Us page, specifying "DMCA Copyright Notice" in the subject line or message body, or by mail to:

[Your Company Name/Zets Restaurant Legal Department]
[Your Company Address - e.g., 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA]

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. A counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Zets Restaurant may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.

Please send your DMCA counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact form on our Contact Us page, specifying "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject line or message body, or by mail to the address provided above for infringement notices.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Zets Restaurant will forward it to the party who submitted the original infringement claim. If the original claimant does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, the removed material may be restored or access re-enabled.
